Brief:
Create a strategic marketing campaign that allowed CRS to target more affluent clients.

This was an extremely satisfying project for Horion, as CRS was extremely open to any ideas we suggested and also acknowledged our proposed timeline.

Our team conducted an in-depth analysis of CRS operations, focusing specifically on its competitors that cater to high-end clients within the sector.

Our team conducted an in-depth analysis of CRS operations, focusing specifically on its competitors that cater to high-end clients within the sector.

We decided that we needed to improve the CRS website and overall content that accentuated their key features.

Our team shadowed their sales reps for a two-week period, while also recording videos of work in progress with the CRS fitters.

We designed new landing pages with a new pricing structure to attract their desired clientele and implemented a dedicated re-targeting campaign.

We crafted new sales scripts for CRS reps and well as suggesting a new commission scheme for the sales team.

In tandem with the above actions, we utilised a combination of on-the-scene videos and client testimonials, which attributed to much higher conversion rates.

CRS is continuing to grow, and we are still collaborating behind the scenes to ensure that they achieve their desired targets every month.
